By installing or using Docs Comment Exporter ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
Docs Comment Exporter is a Chrome browser extension that retrieves comment threads from Google Docs documents you have access to and exports them to Markdown, CSV, or JSON format. The free tier allows up to 5 exports per day. A Pro license unlocks unlimited exports.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
A Pro license is a one-time purchase that grants unlimited exports for the licensed user. Licenses are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Each license is for a single user and may not be transferred or shared.
License keys are validated against the Lemon Squeezy API. We reserve the right to revoke a license if it is found to be in violation of these Terms.
The Extension requires you to sign in with a Google account to access the Google Drive API. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We do not store your credentials and have no ability to access your Google account independently of your use of the Extension.
Comment data fetched by the Extension is processed locally in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of Chrome or Google Docs. Use of the Extension is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
